One-Time Volunteer Opportunities
Our biggest project requiring volunteers for just one day — the Monday after the Open House — is the gift sorting. For a few hours the board members and other volunteers gather to sort and group the gifts to be distributed to our designated charities.

Committee Member

Board Member
The descriptions of the board positions and committee member positions on the "About Us" page detail the duties for either the Chair position or Committee in which you are interested. We hold monthly meetings for all Board members (committee members need not attend all monthly meetings) on the second Wednesday of the month in the morning. These meetings last about an hour. People are free to stay afterwards if time permits and socialize.

The committees will hold their own meetings as their projects and activities require. In addition to the duties of a given Board position, we have a few other commitments:

• Invitation Mailing:  Help assemble invitations for the holiday party and the Spring luncheon. 

• Gift Sorting: The Monday immediately following the Holiday Open House, we all gather to sort and group the gifts received from the HOP to be distributed to our designated charities.
  
• Spring Luncheon: Help greet attendees, sell raffle tickets, and assist with the raffle and silent auction.
