The Cleveland Clinic

Information for Spouses

Parking: If your spouse is a staff physician at main campus, he or she pays monthly for parking and receives vehicle stickers to display on the car's driver - side windshield. This sticker entitles staff physician spouses to park in CCF's garages for free. When you receive your ticket upon entering the garage write on it your spouse's name, department, phone extension and sticker number before exiting. This benefit applies to garage parking only, not short term or surface parking. The exception to this rule is the Walker Center Garage that is run by University Circle and not CCF. For questions about parking contact the parking office at 216-444-2255.

Address Rosters: A roster of the entire CCF staff is up-dated and re-published every October. Have your spouse bring it home to use as a resource for connecting with other CCF staff spouses. Check to verify your own address and report any corrections to Josie Nelson, professional staff affairs office: phone 216-444-3380 or E-mail: nelsonj@ccf.org

Bolton House: Members of the Professional Staff may have the use of the Bolton House for business and private functions.
Through the donation of a property by TRW Corporation, the Cleveland Clinic acquired the historic mansion of the Bolton family. This classic country mansion has been fully restored and modernized.
Staff may schedule private events directly with Bolton House management and be invoiced directly for the cost. In addition to excellent dining and reception space, there are limited overnight rooms to accommodate guests.
Staff members must be in attendance and financially responsible for all private events under their name.
To make arrangements or find out more about Bolton House, please contact Bob Javorsky at (216) 444-7287.

Cleveland Clinic Concert Band: Did you know that members of your family could volunteer musically at CCF? Dr. John Clough, band manager extraordinare, has created and maintains the pulse of the CCF Concert Band. To join the band you must own your own instrument and have a CCF connection (employee, family member of employee or regular volunteer). There is no age criterion. So far the age range has been 13 to 75. All band members are volunteers and must join the Ambassadors. Rehearsals are every Wednesday from 5 - 6:30p at the Chester Conference Center on the main campus. Performances occur at festive times and events. See our "Events" page for the dates of lunch hour concerts. If you are interested in joining please E-mail Dr. Clough cloughj@ccf.org
